Karrasa Plus is a Saudi AI platform covering the full procurement cycle in one place: it generates the tender document as a Word file ready to publish within minutes, reviews existing documents against the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and suggests corrections, evaluates supplier bids against the criteria with a report and recommendation, and tracks contracts from payments to closure. Available as a cloud inside the Kingdom or as a sovereign edition inside the entity.

Irad is a platform for government entities to prepare revenue-sharing contract requests and submit them to the Non-Oil Revenue Development Center. The entity answers a few questions and uploads its attachments; the AI reads them and prepares, for the consultant, the feasibility study, the ten-year financial model and the application in the center's format, then the center records its decision instantly. Every request appears as a tower in Irad City colored by its stage, and after approval the tender document is generated in Karrasa Plus.
